Terms of trade
Cash on arrival,credit card details used for deposit purposes only. If arriving after 5pm, confirmation by telephone on the day of arrival is required.
Cancellation policy/fee scale
For bookings cancelled within 48 hours=100%
For bookings cancelled between 2-5 days=50%
For bookings cancelled between 5-7 days= 35%
For booking cancelled between 7-14 days=20%
For bookings cancelled over 14 days notice=no fee payable.

1)All cancellation fees automatically deducted from credit card at the above rates. 2) All bookings are only made with the full agreement of all parties with the above policy. 3) This is a non negotiable policy/fee schedule.
